i categorized the top 5 things i personally desire to better this 2011.
1.KNOW THE FATHER, THE SON AND THE HOLY SPIRIT.
my desire is to know God more and grow with an intimate, dynamic, meaningful, fruitful, personal relationship with Him. My first and most important ministry is my personal relationship with my Saviour because everything, my ministry and leadership flows from this one thing.

2. PERSONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT
If i grow, they grow.I recognized that my personal growth and development is my first line of responsibility. I have to be a good steward of my body (balanced diet, exercise etc.), upgrade and challenge my mind daily (read and assimilate more good stuff books, ask many questions, listen to others.) get along socially and (walk across the crowd of old and new people, people person) and also protect my rest day, my finances, daily quality devotions, study time.

3. LOVE AND EMPOWER MORE LEADERS
I choose to minister rand inspire to help others reach their potential and fulfill their God-given destiny. If you build followers you add, if you build leaders you multiply. Getting things done is always best when done with others of the same heart, mind and passion. I LOVE MY TEAM,I LOVE MY CHURCH!

4. MORAL GUARDRAILS AND SPIRIT-LED CONVICTION
abandon vision before abandon moral authority. no compromise, no moral risks. don't ask the question, how can i get close to sin without actually sinning? intentional living.standard lines. double standard. i can afford to fail in goals not in moral authority.So help me God!

5.LIVE, LOVE, LAUGH!
Jesus wants us to live the quality of life He purchased for us on the cross. Christians should be the most blessed and joyful in the world,despite of all circumstances. a cheerful heart is a good medicine and brings life to the bones. Let our joy be evident to all that they may in turn praise our Father in heaven.
