I crossed the rain 7:00 in the morning. From tiny drizzle to real rain. Shall I concede or proceed? I missed this. Its been more than a month. My heart pounding, I'm decided, I followed through. I got soaked but after a few distance the rain ceased. I'm now back.I found myself beside the seashore, inside my biblepassaged-named cottage.
Divert daily, Withdraw weekly, Abandon Annually. This principle saved my life and ministry from the dangers of exhaustion. I missed my Monday mornings with the Lord in this place,"My heart cries." As always the Lord never failed to show up every time I'm in this place. I consider it my Meeting Place with God. The cottage became more than just a shelter. I cant discount the fact of how my Monday mornings helped me align my perspectives, refreshed my soul, rebuked my self, restore my passion and receive wonder strategies and revelations. I'm even more consistent with my Monday mornings than my devotionals.Over a cup of coffee and fine chip to nimble. I'm solved for my first appointment in the morning.I eat my lunch at a restaurant somewhere. That varies.I always get for myself something that's cold, halo-halo is my favorite. I visit a bookstore. With my latest visit I met some JAMC people from Brent. Cool, these guys are interested in books too. I'm now done with my current book. Wondering What's next?
I'm excited for my next stop. Watched X-MEN first class. Monday is also my movie day. I loved how the x-men story started and evolved. Yet I liked better the X-MEN wolverine movie. Nonetheless, 100 Pesos is sulit! I immediately rushed to the center and changed clothes for my next stop for which I'm also very excited. I got elated when I saw the runner's track, I love jogging.Grandstand here I come. But grr.... after three rounds, rain again came.sigh... No sunset boulevard. No balot. No mountain Dew. No sunset reflections. But still it was great. I went back to the center, walk across the room, chit-chat with people and laugh around with them. My day still is complete. Refreshing.Inspiring.Healthy. I'm now ready to dip my hands, mind and heart for the week's boatload of work. Meeting with the campus leaders, organizing campus service, meetings with disciplers, staff meetings, one-on-one meetings, message preparation for Sunday.
It's already one week now. I'm indeed back on track. ON MY WORLD OF ROUTINES.
P.S. I'm not confined. I'm just intentional.
